Frequently Asked Questons (FAQ)

Candles

1. How should I burn my candle for the first time?
For an even burn, allow the candle to form a full melt pool (wax melted across the entire surface) during the first use. This prevents tunneling.

2. How long should I burn my candle at a time?
Burn your candle for 1-4 hours at a time. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours to prevent overheating the jar or wick.

3. How do I trim the wick?
Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6 mm) to ensure a clean, even burn and minimize soot.

4. Why does the candle surface appear rough or uneven after burning?
This is a natural characteristic of soy wax, indicating that we use high-quality, natural ingredients. It does not impact the candle's performance or burn quality.

5. Are your candles safe for pets?
Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients, but some essential oils may be sensitive for pets. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated area and monitor pets for any unusual reactions.

6. What should I do with the jar after the candle is finished?
Clean out any remaining wax with warm water and soap. The jars can be repurposed for storage or decorative use.

Wax Melts

1. How do I use wax melts?
Place one or two wax melt cubes in the dish of a wax warmer. Turn on the warmer or light the tea light underneath (if using a non-electric warmer).

2. How long do wax melts last?
The fragrance duration depends on the size of the melt and the warmer used, but typically, they last 4 - 6 hours per cube.

3. Can I reuse wax melts?
Yes, you can reuse them until the fragrance fades. Once the scent is gone, discard the used wax and replace it with fresh melts.

4. How do I remove used wax from the warmer?
Allow the wax to cool and harden, then gently pop it out. Alternatively, warm the wax slightly and wipe it away with a paper towel.

5. Are your wax melts safe to use?
Our wax melts are made with high-quality, non-toxic ingredients. Use them as directed and avoid overfilling the warmer.

6. Do wax melts produce soot?
No, wax melts do not produce soot as they are heated rather than burned.

7. Are your wax melts compatible with all warmers?
Yes, our wax melts are designed to work with both electric and non-electric wax warmers.
